Welcome to Geurtjesking! We're happy you've chosen us. Below are our terms and conditions, which apply to all orders and services we offer. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements and transactions between Geurtjesking and its customers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you.
3. Payment
Payments can be made using the indicated payment methods. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is unsuccessful.
4. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped within 1 business day. Delivery is handled by PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace code via email as soon as your package is shipped, so you can track it.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are possible. You can return your package within 3 business days, provided it is unopened and undamaged. Only unopened and undamaged packages are eligible. We offer store credit only — refunds are not possible. By agreeing to these terms, you automatically accept store credit as compensation.
We recommend contacting us before returning your item so we can assist you properly.
6. Warranty
We offer a warranty on our products. If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us for a solution.
7. Privacy
Geurtjesking respects your privacy and handles your personal data with care. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Geurtjesking and may not be used without permission.
9. Pre-Orders
Most of our fragrances are in stock, but occasionally (1 or 2 items) may not be. This will be clearly stated in the product description and title. Please check this carefully. We provide an estimated delivery time, but are not responsible for delays. Pre-orders are non-returnable. Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be shipped to you as soon as possible. If you want to cancel you’re Pre-order, You only can receive Store-Credit.
